All Hengesbach instruments meet the criteria for functionality, safety and reliability

For our customers our quality standard is a systematically provable value. All Hengesbach instruments meet with its constructive and electronic design the high requirements of the “Hygienic Design” (a design enabling an easy cleaning) as well as the physical and chemical conditions governing processually and environmentally (e.g. heavily varying or permanently high process temperatures, aggressive cleaning agents, resistance in applications with almost permanent vibrations, protection classes IP 67 and IP 69K).

Especially in the production plants of the food industry, of the pharmaceutical and biotechnical industry hygienic design is a very important aspect. For these hygienically sensitive areas Hengesbach offers a wide variety of process instrumentation, all developed according to the hygienic design criteria. EHEDG certificates, FDA approval certificates and material quality certificates according to EN 10 204 are a proof. Approved and certified instruments and material components are referenced accordingly in the product manual.
