Hengesbach successfully participates in the certification by the ÖKOPROFIT program
ÖKOPROFIT – „Ecological
project for Integrated Environmental Technology“ – is a campaign launched
by the state's local authorities for corporate environmental protection.
Together with experts, we have developed a concept for saving energy, water
and waste. Conserving resources, protecting the environment and the resulting
cost savings lead to a sustainable economic and ecological boost for us as a company.
With great commitment the participating companies have together saved around 700,000 kWh of energy per year.
In addition, ÖKOPROFIT is an efficient preparation for the
introduction of an environmental management system in accordance with EMAS or DIN EN ISO 14001
or an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001.
